To track your order, please open the Chat tool (which says "Chat With Us" in bottom right corner) and select the Track My Order option. Your Order Number can be found in the email you received after placing your order.

Most of our products are shipped from the United States, but some are shipped from Mexico or Asia.

It depends on if the products are shipped from the same provider. Some products may arrive together but some may arrive separately.

Since our items are custom made we do not accept returns or issue refunds for non-defective items. All sales are final.
DO YOU ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS?
We are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed and processing has begun. We immediately begin to process orders after they have been placed. If it has been within 24 hours of placing your order you can contact us to see if we are able to stop your order from processing. We make no guarantees that we can stop the order from processing.

HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
We strive to be a sustainable environmental business, and that means your item is built by our suppliers when you order it and completed within 2-3 days. Your item is then shipped directly to you. This method allows us to provide many of our designs and minimize carbon effects.
A DESIGN I LIKE IS NOT AVAILABLE ON A PARTICULAR PRODUCT. CAN YOU ADD IT?
